About Me

From world-class skiing, award winning fishing, gold-rated hiking and biking trails to the year round festivals and dedicated local community, Summit County is like no place else. It's no wonder Jonathan and so many others have decided they need more of this place in their lives. For Jonathan, the most rewarding part of his work is the people he meets and relationships formed along the way. The properties simply provide the platform to meet others that he can share his love of all things Summit County with.  Faith, Integrity, and Hard Work are trademarks of Jonathan, and they serve as the foundation for his business.

Since kicking off his real estate career with Slifer Smith & Frampton in 2015, Jonathan has been involved in well over 100 transactions, totaling over $60 million in closed sales volume, including the development of Breckenridge’s Barton Creek Reserve subdivision. He would love to help you find or sell your place in the mountains. Whether it’s a first home, second home, investment property, or a commercial business space you’re searching for, there’s a place in Summit County for you!

Born and raised in a small central California farming community, Jonathan learned the value of a hard days’ work at an early age. Attending Biola University in Southern California, he graduated Summa Cum Laude, with a degree in Business Management and a minor in Biblical Studies. Upon graduation, Jonathan followed his passion for the mountains and moved to Summit County in 2010.

When not in the office or meeting with clients, you will most likely find Jonathan riding the local trails on his mountain bike, in the grocery store picking up ingredients for his next kitchen creation, or in the corner of his favorite coffee shop with a book and warm drink.

"My husband and I jokingly set Jonathan out on a wild goose chase for the perfect fixer upper on the perfect lot within very strict geographical limits. We thought he could never find it, yet two weeks later, he comes to us with the ideal house. Throughout the process he made pipe dreams a reality and ensured everything ran smoothly. Since that house in 2017, he's sold a house for my family member and helped relocate our business. We task him with the hardest jobs and he makes them happen each time. He's our go-to realtor and we recommend him to everyone we know!"

"Jonathan is a true professional! He is extremely helpful, responsive, and understanding to his clients needs. I am grateful for the opportunity to have worked with him and give him my highest recommendation! He has extensive knowledge of Summit County and surrounding areas. Thanks Jonathan!!"
